“From constraint to clarity.”

Anthony Denkinger — Founder of Renado Labs

Anthony Denkinger

Product-focused AI operator and builder. Anthony turns complex technical systems into production products that work at scale — and makes the process legible to everyone in the room, from engineers to executives.

He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, where he played Division I baseball, then served over six years as a logistics officer — managing large-scale operations, critical assets, and a deployment to Baghdad. That background built the operational discipline he brings to every technical engagement.

After the military, he earned his MBA from the University of Illinois (marketing & finance) and pivoted into tech, where he’s spent the last four years shipping AI products across healthcare, sports analytics, social platforms, gaming, and enterprise infrastructure.

As COO of GoldRock Holdings, Anthony has led end-to-end delivery of AI platforms — including HIPAA-compliant deployments, real-time computer vision pipelines, on-device AI systems, and consumer applications supporting thousands of daily users.

He founded Renado Labs in 2026 to formalize what he’d been doing as a sole proprietor: embedded technical leadership, rapid prototyping, and AI product development for founders and teams who need someone who can both build the system and explain it to the board.

“I believe the highest-value work isn’t just building the system — it’s making the technology accessible to the people who need it. I want to be a long-term partner, not a transaction. If I can help you understand and leverage AI at a fundamental level, that’s worth more than any single deliverable.”

Tools of the trade.

Common questions.

There’s no hard minimum. Targeted engineering starts at just a few hours for audits or fixes. Consulting sprints are typically weekly. For embedded CTO work or full builds, we’ll scope it on a call and find the right structure for your stage and budget.

Absolutely. A lot of the best work happens at the early stage — when architecture decisions matter most and resources are tight. Rapid prototyping and fractional CTO engagements are designed exactly for this.

I’m not handing you off to a team you’ve never met. You work directly with me — someone who’s shipped production AI products, managed military operations, and can explain the system to both your engineers and your board. I’m a partner, not a vendor.

It depends on current engagements, but I keep capacity intentionally limited to maintain quality. The best way to find out is to book a scoping call — I’ll be direct about what I can take on and when.

That’s actually where I see the biggest value. I can communicate with engineers and people who have never touched AI. Bridging that gap — making the technology accessible without dumbing it down — is core to how I work.

Let's build.

Share your constraints, timeline, and desired outcomes.
The response will be direct, scoped, and systems-driven.
