“From constraint to clarity.”
Anthony Denkinger
Product-focused AI operator and builder. Anthony turns complex technical systems into production products that work at scale — and makes the process legible to everyone in the room, from engineers to executives.
He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, where he played Division I baseball, then served over six years as a logistics officer — managing large-scale operations, critical assets, and a deployment to Baghdad. That background built the operational discipline he brings to every technical engagement.
After the military, he earned his MBA from the University of Illinois (marketing & finance) and pivoted into tech, where he’s spent the last four years shipping AI products across healthcare, sports analytics, social platforms, gaming, and enterprise infrastructure.
As COO of GoldRock Holdings, Anthony has led end-to-end delivery of AI platforms — including HIPAA-compliant deployments, real-time computer vision pipelines, on-device AI systems, and consumer applications supporting thousands of daily users.
He founded Renado Labs in 2026 to formalize what he’d been doing as a sole proprietor: embedded technical leadership, rapid prototyping, and AI product development for founders and teams who need someone who can both build the system and explain it to the board.
“I believe the highest-value work isn’t just building the system — it’s making the technology accessible to the people who need it. I want to be a long-term partner, not a transaction. If I can help you understand and leverage AI at a fundamental level, that’s worth more than any single deliverable.”
Four ways to work together.
Pick the structure that fits your stage, timeline, and budget. Every model starts with a scoping call.
Embedded Leadership
Ongoing technical partnership with full strategic and execution ownership.
Embedded Leadership
- Architecture decisions & technical strategy
- Hiring support & team building
- Sprint planning & delivery oversight
- Stakeholder communication
- Weekly cadence, async availability
Project Build
Scoped deliverables with clear timelines, milestones, and operational handoff.
Project Build
- Requirements scoping & architecture
- Full build: prototype to production
- Deployment & infrastructure setup
- Documentation & handoff
- Fixed timeline, fixed deliverables
Consulting & Strategy
High-impact sessions to evaluate systems, unlock decisions, and guide teams.
Consulting & Strategy
- System & architecture review
- Technical due diligence
- Stack & vendor evaluation
- Roadmap & prioritization
- Weekly or per-sprint cadence
Targeted Engineering
Surgical fixes, audits, and integrations — no long-term commitment required.
Targeted Engineering
- Code audits & security reviews
- API integrations & migrations
- Performance optimization
- Production rescue & incident response
- Flexible hours, immediate start
Products shipped. Systems running.
SAID
A fully localized AI assistant that runs entirely on-device with zero internet dependency. No cloud, no data leaving the device — making it ideal for HIPAA-sensitive environments. Now live on the App Store and deployed across hospitals and school systems nationwide.
Zone X
A sports analytics pipeline using computer vision and AI to derive statistics that don’t show up in traditional box scores. Gives coaches real-time insight into player performance on the sidelines. Built with GoldRock Holdings, with a major SEC program onboard as a build partner.
LOOT8
A decentralized social platform for musicians and athletes in the NIL era — enabling direct-to-fan monetization without third-party processors or algorithm dependency. Adopted by a Big 12 partner, reaching over 2,000 daily active users at peak. Served as product manager and designer.
Tools of the trade.
Common questions.
There’s no hard minimum. Targeted engineering starts at just a few hours for audits or fixes. Consulting sprints are typically weekly. For embedded CTO work or full builds, we’ll scope it on a call and find the right structure for your stage and budget.
Absolutely. A lot of the best work happens at the early stage — when architecture decisions matter most and resources are tight. Rapid prototyping and fractional CTO engagements are designed exactly for this.
I’m not handing you off to a team you’ve never met. You work directly with me — someone who’s shipped production AI products, managed military operations, and can explain the system to both your engineers and your board. I’m a partner, not a vendor.
It depends on current engagements, but I keep capacity intentionally limited to maintain quality. The best way to find out is to book a scoping call — I’ll be direct about what I can take on and when.
That’s actually where I see the biggest value. I can communicate with engineers and people who have never touched AI. Bridging that gap — making the technology accessible without dumbing it down — is core to how I work.
